The council building is brilliant. It isn’t ‘ugly’ at all. Look at it carefully. What would you rather have – some twee dull cottage or something? Come on – wake up! It is a fantastic building.
Most of the stuff on this site isn’t ugly… this is an Australian-German experiment to survey the average humour capabilities of Kiwis.
